  • Know what time of day you want to schedule the program(s); be aware of lunch and recess time so that the program does not conflict with school schedules.
  • Know the ages of students to be served and the number of students who will attend each program.
Please allow at least two weeks for the scheduling process.

  • Back-to-back or consecutive programs are defined as two performances by the same artist with no more than 30 minutes between presentations.
