Each year Young Audiences holds two benefits to support our programming.
Our Fundraising Luncheon is geared towards individual donors, promoting

while enjoying an evening out.

2007
Annual Dinner and Show Benefit
Featuring All Shook Up!
Our Annual Dinner and Show Benefit is always a very special event!
In May of 2007 we featured the show All Shook Up,a fired-up
rock’n’roll story accompanied by all-time favorite Elvis Presley
songs. The evening began at the Graves 601 Hotel in Minneapolis
with dinner and a silent auction, and finished up with All
Shook Up at the Orpheum Theatre. Reigning Miss Minnesota,
Nicole Swanson was our guest emcee and Christopher Yaeger's C.
Street Dance performed dances from the Elvis era. Some highlights
of the evenings silent auction included items from the Hyatt Regency
Chicago, AirTran Airlines, Breadsmith Bread Company, Bellanote
Restaurant and Lunds I Byerly’s. To see a list of all who
generously donated to our silent auction please click

Our Annual Fundraising Luncheon is held at the Metropolitan Ballroom
in St. Louis Park. Thank you to all who attended our 2007 event
and gave their support to Young Audiences. We are truly fortunate
that our supporters recognize the impact that our programs have
in our children’s educational and personal development.
Thank you again for helping us provide Arts for Kids and Tools
for Teachers! This year's Luncheon featured art work created by
students during residencies with Young Audiences artists Timothy
Hassenstein, Jim Mondloch and Linda Moraal. Students from Meadowbrook
Elementary School performed a dance they learned while in residency
with Meredith Holt. Carla Vogel was the guest emcee and Ryan North
also participated, both are Young Audiences roster artists.
